poor cleaningshower stink
i think five-star hotels prioritize guests. the room's cleaning was poor and did barely the bed. they didn't take away dishes and didn't hoover too. pee stink permeated the shower which got stronger with water running. staff needed constant repeating to bring missing items from the breakfast menu and had attitude about it. so inconvenient bathroom has no space for toiletries or towel-hanging spots.

The room was very clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable and included many pillows, easily too many to handle. I slept very well. i appreciated the well-kept condition of the room throughout my stay.
The lighting system was overly complex. It took considerable effort to figure out how to operate all the light switches. the lighting in the corridors also felt too dim.

the hotel lobby had a striking design. the spa offers a calming atmosphere. a well-equipped gym is available to guests and includes modern exercise equipment for a full workout.

I was frustrated by the lack of attention to detail. The bathroom tissue box was EMPTY upon arrival. IT seemed like basic things were overlooked for the price I paid.
